Advice to improve your physical condition

Hello! How
are you? I’m writing this email tom give you some advice to improve your
physical condition with some exercises.
I recommend you to start with some aerobics exercise like cycling or
going for a run. Then you can start going to the gym, with a routine with a
light weight that a personal trainer can help you. Also, you can do some
recreational sports like football, hockey, tennis, or rugby with your friends.
These activities should improve your physical condition very fast.
You have to be very careful because there are some activities or
exercise that you shouldn’t do. Some of these activities are professional
swimming, Olympic races, boxing or cross fit because you need a good physical condition
to start.
I hope that my advice helps you and that you get fit with a great physical
condition.
